The Process
Life coaching follows the same process as Intuitive Counseling. The difference is that with coaching, you make a commitment and are accountable. You commit to a series of coaching sessions and you commit to yourself that you will make changes in your life. You are accountable to yourself and your coach for following through on your commitments.
The process outlined above, when repeated consistently over time, effects changes that individual sessions cannot achieve. It often takes some time for your Hero's Journey to emerge with clarity and conviction. It takes time for long-entrenched attitudes and behaviors to be replaced by new ones. Coaching keeps you on the path and provides a steady arm when the going gets tough.
Quantum Energy Healing Sessions
In her Quantum Energy Healing Sessions, Patricia combines ancient tools and methods used by Chinese healers with the latest discoveries in quantum physics. In session, Patricia has access to limiting blockages that may be dormant and not yet recognized in your energy body. The energetic cause of an undesired state can be located and corrected. She examines and neutralizes any weakening energy that influences your well-being and action.
Patricia's Process involves:
